Our work includes the delivery of grassroots corporate social responsibility programmes, the sale of stadium naming rights, shirt sponsorship, advertising space, official partnerships along with digital, social and content rights for the world’s top clubs, leagues, federations and associations. In India, we established our presence through the acquisition of Premier Sports International in 2016, an organisation involved with the development of football at the grass-root level teaching children from the age groups of 3 to the Under-19.
This individual will be a contextual coach who has the passion and leadership abilities to continue the tradition of excellence that our programmes have enjoyed in recent years. We require a coach who is innovative and can envision, develop and implement cutting edge ideas. The Director of Coaching (DOC) is responsible for leading the daily technical operations and technical staff of all player and coach development programmes, competitions and leagues.
The DOC will be in-charge of all football and other sports related activities of the academy and the League. This involves direct coaching of selected teams (see below), scheduling and overseeing of all training activities for the age groups mentioned below and will include the after-school/recreational football or other sports.
Diddies (3-5 years old)

The Centre of Excellence (competitive)
U8 U9 U11 U13 U15 U17 U19
The DOC is also expected to monitor the sessions and train/guide coaches who are directly responsible for those teams, correct and encourage them and have separate training sessions on a weekly basis to improve their performance.
He/She will be responsible for all communication with students, parents and partner organisation.
The DOC will monitor fee collection for the academy.
In addition, the DOC is responsible for working closely with Director Technical in organisation the Youth League in Delhi and at a later stage in other parts of the country. Together with the staff, he will make sure the League is running smoothly.
The DOC will proactively engage with marketing to ensure all activities are captured through social media.
The DOC will be involved in the management of any other sports activities, the organisation expands into.
Youth Football International (YFI) Academy
Day to Day management of football coaching in Delhi at all locations
Monitor, manage and coordinate the work of all other coaches
Monitor, manage and coordinate the work of the passitforward Government project.
Monitor, manage and coordinate after school activities at American Embassy School (AES) (i-pop)
Coach or monitor coaching of the AES, AISAC and or Middle Eastern Sports and Athletic Council (MESAC) school teams or coach any other school we enter into a partnership with
Attend and supervise coaching sessions for all the above age groups (COE, Development and talent sessions)Undertake coaching of children who subscribe to Premier Sports International and coach selected teams of YFI who participate in the Delhi Youth League (DYL) on Sundays (when the DYL is on-going)
Train local coaches
Ensure proper communication between players-parents and coaches for all teams
Set –up specialized training sessions (goal keeping, strikers etc)
Oversee the preparation and process of regular players development sheets for Centre of Excellence
Be the focal point for international coaches coming from abroad (short and long term , e.g West Bromwich Albion, University of Wolverhampton.
Prepare an annual training plan for each age group
Liaise with Delhi Dynamos and West Bromwich Albion and other external partners, the company enters into an alliance with.Identify talented players in Delhi
Assist in the expansion of company activities and attract new players/clients
Set up and execute a marketing plan for all locations
Be in charge of all social media (website, facebook, twitter, Instagram, snapchat etc)Approach possible sponsors.
Delhi Youth League
Supervise the preparation of the weekly schedules and updating of scores and results.
Oversee the tasks and duties of the DYL coordinator who has to make sure the fields are set-up for weekend games (lining, sponsors, food etc) and referees and other related activities are ready
Communicate with sponsors, teams and players
Skills and experience
Licenced (min B licence) coach with min 5-10 years of coaching experience
Experience in youth coaching
Fluent in English
Previous experience abroad will be an advantage
Have managed teams
Return flight tickets and Visa
Accommodation will be provided in a staff house
Transport will be provided for all official purpose and transport to and from work on a shared car usage basis.
