Vacancy - Marketing Executive

Netbusters UK Ltd ( and are seeking a Marketing Executive who can showcase our social sports leagues across London.  Our two brands and operate adult football and netball leagues across London. We’re looking for a marketing whizz who is comfortable working across multiple marketing platforms. 

You will need to be able to manage your own workload and bring new and fresh ideas to the business on how best to engage with our customers and customers to be.  We are looking for someone who can bring new ideas and methods.  This role will suit someone who wants to flex their marketing ability without being held back.

You will need excellent digital marketing experience, knowledge of web, SEO and creating great content would be preferable as well.  We don’t just want someone who sits behind a computer though, we want you to feel comfortable visiting our settings and getting to grips with what our customers and partners want, creating campaigns that suit.


The Team:

We are a small team based in the bubbling environment of Brixton all with a passion to provide the best sports leagues across London, keeping our customers fit and healthy whilst having fun.  This is a key role to fuel the growth of the business and will involve working with our partners, creating new relationships and exploring new avenues as well as existing to showcase what we do.


Role responsibilities:

Increase participation through overall marketing strategy

Manage and Netbusters online social communities across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter

Support the creation and implementation of engaging content across and Netbusters social media channels, communicating our brand messages and updates to new and existing users

Use digital insight tools to track, evaluate and optimise reach and engagement of and Netbusters digital content

Increase customer engagement through the and Netbusters website and newsletter and other database platforms.

Encourage customers to re-join our leagues through promotional material and activity

Ensure excellent visibility at all our venues

Work on new and existing sponsorship opportunities

Work with the senior management team on new tenders and bids

Help co-ordinate with events ensuring the brand is well represented

Explore partnership opportunities with a view to offer our customers even better value for money


Essential Skills/Qualifications:

Digital marketing experience with proven success at developing engaging social media content

Robust analytical and reporting skills, with experience working with MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word), Google Analytics and Social Media Insight tools

Track record of successfully co-ordinating marketing for multiple campaigns, projects or brands

Sufficient skills in website editing and SEO content

Proven success at using a content management system and database to drive digital engagement

Experience in developing online and printed marketing materials

Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role

Desirable skills (not essential):

Experience working with Mailchimp

Experience working with Wordpress

Experience in the sports/physical activity sector

Graphic design skills

Photography / video editing skills

Enthusiastic about sport and activity

Creative thinker, idea generator and initiative taker, confident to share and implement new ideas

Excellent communication skills, specifically written English
