Haier HVAC Solutions has been appointed main sponsor of Spain Rugby’s men’s national team for 2027, in a major partnership secured by international sports agency Sporting Group International (SGI).
The partnership will see Haier HVAC Solutions feature as the principal front-of-shirt sponsor across the men’s team’s competitions throughout 2027, including the Rugby World Cup in Australia.
The agreement comes at a landmark moment for Spanish rugby, with the national team preparing to compete at the 2027 Rugby World Cup, marking its return to the tournament for the first time since 1999.
SGI, based in Birmingham, UK, specialises in high-value sponsorship and commercial partnerships, with offices across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Diego Pesque, SGI’s country manager for Spain, explained that Haier HVAC Solutions, a leading provider of advanced climate control solutions, will benefit from a prominent platform to strengthen its brand presence through Spanish rugby and its international exposure.

The agreement further strengthens SGI’s commercial relationship with Spain Rugby Union, following its work securing partnerships with Ebury and Ambar.
